The easiest and quickest way to book in your appointment with The Mews is by using the online system below.

Make sure you check out our FAQs to make sure you know everything you need to. Then head down to the booking system to reserve your appointment.

If you can’t see an appointment slot that fits in with your diary, we sometimes have extra availability on Fridays and Saturdays that we don’t make available online.

We sometimes have extra slots not available online (especially on Thursdays and Saturdays). If you can’t see a time that suits you, please contact us directly and we’ll see how we can fit you in.

Our policy is to charge a £20 booking fee for first appointments. We are only a small boutique with a limited number of daily appointments available. We find that without this fee, we get some brides who decide not to turn up. And it also stops people coming in just to try on dresses for fun! Believe us, it used to happen!

If you need to cancel your 1st appointment, we will of course refund the fee as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Return appointments and fitting appointments do not need to pay again.

Yes. If you are booking a first appointment, you will be asked to safely submit card details for the booking fee.

We do not store any card details on this site, and all payments are handled by an encrypted, secure, PCI-compliant system so you are not at any financial risk.

Only one – this is very important!

The system only logs the latest appointment you have booked. So please don’t book more than one appointment at a time – or else we won’t be expecting you on your first date! If you are sure you want to book multiple appointments, please get in touch with us beforehand.

Once you have been in for your appointment, you will later be invited to book a follow up appointment or fitting.

We of course understand that sometimes your plans change and you need to cancel your appointment! Give us at least 48 hours notice and we’ll be more than happy to refund your booking fee.

The same goes with rescheduling – if you need to find a new date, let us know a date that works and has availability and we’ll book you in. It is best to contact us on the online contact form to do this: Again, we will need 48 hours notice.

Of course, some people want to talk to us before booking.

If your wedding is within 6 months, please contact us directly before you book your appointment

As the dresses are handmade, 6 months typically doesn’t give enough time for the designers to make your dress and for you to make sure it is fitted correctly for your big day

Sometimes it is possible, so don’t despair! But please email us first via our contact page

We sometimes have some extra availability for our brides to come in for fitting appointments on Thursday evening. Please email to enquire about avaibility.
